Facebook Tyrant

I saw a post about remembering the US shoot down of the Iranian airliner (Iran Air Flight 655) in 1988, and Facebook had a flag warning that it was “fake news” MOUTHPIECE OF Pentagon

Facebook is a protector and preserver of the propaganda classifying IR Iran as a dangerous terrorist organization. But FB knows well, that USA is the biggest terrorist country in the world. USA invades other countries just to own their natural resources and to place them in the hands of American corporations. Facebook doesn’t call that terrorism. They call it democracy. Leave FB

FB is marking this as “partly false information, checked by independent fact checkers” and then linking to some Spanish language fact checking site named “Observador” which ranks the post at the upper end of their “deceiver” scale based on the site’s analysis asserting that the US in reality apologised, while ignoring the fact that all military personnel involved were decorated for their actions in taking down the plane.

The site, by the way, contains almost no information about where it is bases, how it is funded, or other information which relates to its own credibility. Conclusion: Partly false

The information in this post is a mix of true and false statements or it could simply be incomplete. In some cases, the information is misleading.

Saudi Arabia Pays the US $500 Million to Host Their Troops

Rebecca Rebarich, Pentagon spokeswoman, expressed that the payment was “the first contribution” in a burden-sharing partnership between the both countries to support regional security.

Saudi Arabia paid Washington a sum of US$500 million last month to cover part of the cost of United States troops stationed in the kingdom as bilateral talks over defense expenses continue, a Pentagon spokeswoman Commander Rebecca Rebarich told Middle East Eye Friday.

Trump’s Iran ‘Punching Bag’: US Provocations to Continue Iran knows it is Trump’s foreign policy punching bag. It has been since Trump came to office. More blows against Iran are yet to come in this election year.

Trump’s assassination of Iran’s general and senior diplomat, Soleimani, was a clear provocation by the U.S., designed to produce a further escalated military response by Iran. That did not happen. Iran did not take the bait. It responded minimally and appears to have done so in a way to avoid US deaths or even major U.S. asset destruction.

Iran Warns against Politicization of Ukrainian Plane Incident TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Seyed Abbas Mousavi reminded the government of Canada that Tehran has been fully cooperative with all affected countries whose nationals have lost their lives during the plane incident of January 8, and called on Ottawa to avoid politicizing the incident.

“This is strange that the Canadian FM, only a day after doing initial measures and besides Iran’s full cooperation, reads such a statement and asks for a consular access, which was agreed upon and delivered accordingly by Iran on the first day of the incident due to human aspects of the issue,” Mousavi said on Friday, after the London meeting of officials from 5 countries whose citizens died in an unintentional downing of Ukrainian flight in the Southwestern outskirt of Tehran.

It’s a true reflection of how the Western so-called civilized, so-called democratic world pulls the knives out when Iran defends itself, whereas for example, when the US shot down an Iranian passenger plane in 1988 the so-called civilized, so-called democratic world did not say sorry. President Bush said he would never apologize for anything the Us did, whether it was right or wrong.

NYT Hypocrisy: Bashing Nonbelligerent Iran, Supporting US Aggression

by Stephen Lendman ( — Home — Stephen Lendman)

The Times never met a US war of aggression, or one planned, against an invented enemy it didn’t wholeheartedly endorse and cheerlead.

Nor did it ever stand up for the sovereign rights of nonbelligerent states on the US target list for regime change, vilifying them instead, providing press agent services for US imperial interests.

Throughout its near-41 year history, the Times demonized the nonbelligerent Islamic Republic of Iran, a nation championing peace and stability, threatening no one.

Trump Calls for New Iran Nuclear Deal that Renders the Country Defenceless Last week, Trump called for a new Iran nuclear deal, claiming:

“(W)e must all work together toward making a deal with Iran that makes the world a safer and more peaceful place (sic).”

That’s precisely the JCPOA’s aim — even though the world community knows Iran’s nuclear program has no military component, never did, abhors nukes, wants them eliminated everywhere, and banned their development internally.

It’s well know that the Islamic Republic never attacked another country, threatening none except in self-defense if attacked, its legitimate right under international law.

The way to “make the world a safer and more peaceful place” is for the US to end its forever wars on one country after another.

Nuclear Weapons: Trump Regime Pressured E3 Countries (UK, France, Germany) to Trigger JCPOA Dispute Mechanism Post-WW II, Washington transformed Western European countries into virtual US colonies — their presence status.

Judge them by their actions. Time and again, they subordinate their sovereign rights to US interests, even when harming their own.

It shows by imposing unlawful sanctions on Russia and other nations on the US target list for regime change, harming their economies from reduced trade, along with violating international law.

Since the Trump regime’s illegal May 2018 withdrawal from the JCPOA nuclear deal, European countries followed the US lead by breaching their mandated obligations.

DAVID WURMSER WAS a longtime advocate of war with Iraq in the Bush administration. Eventually, he got what he wanted, and it was a total disaster. Now, Wurmser again has the ear of a president — this time, Donald Trump — and his sights are set firmly on Iran.

An influential neoconservative in President George W. Bush’s White House who became a significant force behind the push for war with Iraq in 2003, Wurmser has recently been serving as an informal adviser to the Trump administration, according to new reporting from Bloomberg News. In that capacity, Wurmser helped make the case for the recent drone strike that assassinated Iranian Gen. Qassim Suleimani.
